She has over 10 years of strategy development and implementation, project management, corporate transformation, risk management, EPC contracting and procurement experience within the Middle East and Europe. Relevant Experience

• Advisor to a major NOC in Kuwait in developing a risk management strategy for the execution of high value EPC projects.  Ann-Marie developed a risk management methodology and managed implementation of this methodology across high value EPC projects.  This resulted in an increased focus on and more effective management of project-related risk
• Developed a benchmarking methodology and subsequently a global strategy from the benchmarking analysis for a major IOC’s Contracting and Procurement function to attain the client goal of reaching top quartile performance by 2010
• Managed the implementation and roll out in the Middle East region of a Global Category Management and Contracting Process to focus on Risk Management to ensure that high value, high risk Contracts within the IOC are managed more efficiently in order to maximize value, reduce risk and ensure safe and on-time delivery of the high value Goods or Services
